'A pricy Hotel without a Soul... For what should have been a nice ending of a week vacation, this hotel did absolutely not delivered what we expected. Everything was out of sync between the reception, bar, lunch and room service because this Hotel does not manage everything by itself but has franchised each piece to other companies. Maybe a great way to earn money by its owner, but the customer experience for the price we paid is very underwhelming. Definitely a place were we will never go again.'
