'Great location for a visit to family. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small, but really just right for a visit, good storage and lighting. Very close to the railroad tracks, but I never heard a thing. The restaurant was opening the day after I left so I can’t comment but I did see the space and it’s just beautiful. The restaurant still managed to serve breakfast and that worked out just fine. I strongly recommend Voco Astoria. '

'I stayed here years back, but didn't recognize it when I arrived last Monday night. The whole hotel has been renovated. It's very nice. The service was great, especially Lavida (sp?) at check-in. We enjoyed the free breakfast too. '
