Old/dirty carpets, Microwave not safe for use by guests, Front Desk takes forever to answer calls, ataffs not helpful at all. requests from Housekeeping also takes hours and/or never comes. Bath tubs Non-working. Pool too small & is shared by next door hotel guests. Staffs on Amenities Not helpful as well. This hotel is a Waste of money in general. First time to experience all these in a Hilton group of hotels.'

'Had an early morning flight out of LaGuardia so I decided to stay in a hotel then commute from Connecticut at 2:30 am. Hotel is in Chinatown about 10 min from the airport. A lot of inexpensive food options, some of them just around the corner, some shopping, and a few pharmacies within walking distance. Also LIRR and subway are a short walk. The hotel itself was good for the quick over night stay. Clean hotel but resembles an apartment building more than a hotel. Stayed on the second floor but...

'The building is prewar so it is what it is. The cleaning personnel did a good job but the smell of the air freshener is off-putting. You can hear the train pass every 5mins. There is only one elevator and it is kinda slow so prepare to use the stairs. The mattress is, for lack of a better word, very basic. Free breakfast is coffee/tea. There is free parking although it has to be said, you have to be a good driver to successfully clear the narrow entryway.'

'Great location near restaurants and close to a subway station. Easy to get to Manhattan on the subway. Also close to LGA airport. Way cheaper than staying in Manhattan. Definitely recommend.'
