'Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. '

'Public transport is very nearby, with a stunning view of the skyline of NYC. The bus will bring you downtown in about 20 min. We went to a Walmart by car, but just around the corner of the apartment there is a supermarket. The apartment itself is old. Doors do not close very well without making a lot of noise. The mattresses could be better. And the chairs could be better. Some of them are near breaking down. The airconditioning makes a lot of noise as well. You get what you pay for I guess. We...

'Our family of four and grandparents came to visit a relative for a long weekend who lived 400 feet away! This property surpassed any expectation our group of 6 had.Giant family room - convertible beds, so much more space than we even imagined. Stairs were short and my parents had no problem navigating them.A decent grocery store and small deli under a 3 minute walk away. Hamilton undergound coffee was awesome. 'Great place to stay with family! Wanted a place large enough for visiting relatives from Germany. The open kitchen/dining/living rooms were perfect for us. A short walk to the train/ferry terminal(10-15min.) always felt safe, even when returning very late at night. The neighborhood was full of families with young children, play park around the corner. 'We reserved the apt for 11 days. The host never gave us an access code for the unit or info regarding parking which i had sent message requesting 3 days prior to date. spent hours trying to make contact upon our arrival with no luck. '
