'My husband and i really enjoyed our getaway to this property. It was quite windy when we stayed so we didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio like we hoped. It was nice being right off the road for easy access to the highway. It's perfectly located between eureka and berryville and about 2mi from river access to the kings river. The host was great about answering our questions and was very accommodating!'

'Great place to stay for a couple of days and nights. Step outside of your door and a less than 5 minutes walk to all shops. Just a few stairs up to get into the room from the ground level with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen, living room with tv, bedroom, and attached bathroom with a soaker tub and shower combo.Porch over the shop downstsairs was great to sit outside and people watch.'

'Over the past 20 years that I have been coming to Eureka Springs, I have stayed in numerous places. This beautiful little property has just become my #1 favorite. Everything about this place is perfection. The interior color choices are so soothing. Sitting on the balcony at any time of day or night is super relaxing. Every attention to detail is wonderful and the shower is amazing. Can't wait to stay here again. It was fabulous!!!'

It is directly at the crest of a hill so be aware if you’re walking to downtown. Just a short distance but if you have any kind of mobility issue be aware of the steepness of the hill.
