'Booking confirmed and paid for 3 weeks prior.No reply from host on message requesting check in procedure sent 2 days prior check in. Booking cancelled late the evening prior to check in. This notification was less than 20 hours prior to check in time and was not seen until the morning of check in as we had an early flight. Woke up at 4:00 am to catch flight to find we had no accommodation at our destination.Suggest caution, late notification resulted in arriving at destination without lodging....

'Beautiful home that was perfect for our family vacation. Well-equipped with everything we needed. Manager was responsive to any questions. Loved the outdoor area complete with cooling misters, fireplace and a large grill. Pool was exquisite.'

'The property was very comfortable for me and my husband who decided to spend a month to work and golf. We have a lot of friends in the area and wanted to be able to see what it was like to live in the area as we may want to retire there in a couple years. 'We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay at this lovely house. It was very well-appointed. The supplies were very generous, and the kitchen was amazing….quality kitchen everything! When the freezer stopped working, Jan got a repair company to come fix it that day! Also, nice to be in a community with walking paths, a pool, & activities.'

'Had a really good relaxing stay. House was great, mangmt was responsive and great location. Only issue was the internet modem was blocked so we could not connect to our secure legal database in the cloud. Had to make 3 16 hour round trips to the Bay Area to address court issues. '
