'Excellent small hotel, in the absolute best location in San Sebastián. Right on the beach, 10 min walk to old town. Great room. AC works great, which is very important in Europe since many hotels are old and don’t have good AC. Very comfortable bed, pillow menu. We requested feather which were really down and very comfortable. Good breakfast and valet parking'

"Was een prima studio. Goed om te weten dat de extra bedden geen stapelbed zijn maar bedden die aan de muur hangen en die kunnen worden neegeklapt. Voor grote kinderen is het matras te dun en niet comfortabel. "

No noise form outside but maybe the sound from the old pipe and the outstanding golden pipe all around the hotel. No detail was the breakfast service. I think there are better breakfast options to be found in the neighborhood. The staff at breakfast hardly speak any english, menu is in Spanish and no explanation of how things work is given. I heard one guest ordering a spicy omelet with lots of ingredients. The chef gave him a bottle of Tabasco and served a standard omelet. People were seated at tables that weren’t prepared. They went looking for glasses and cuttlery themselves. The manager of the breakfastroom didn’t seem to care and quite frankly, wasn’t very nice to guests either. A smile and ‘hello’ would go a long way."
