'Second time staying in property that is 4 hotels next to each other with some shared facilities. This time stayed in Hypernym that is their hotel apartments. Fantastic! Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Thoughtful room cleaning staff and front office staff. Many of them long term employees which shows in them taking ownership of ensuring their customers perfect experience!'

'Fantastic family stay!!! Amazing location and great apartment for a family of 4! We were super impressed with the spotless cleanliness and the wonderful attention to detail. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning, which the host should consider adding. Highly recommended if you do not mind the heat!'

'Everything was great. Especially the personal is very customer friendly. The appartment was clean and has everything they promised. The bar is also a nice place to meet people and have a nice drink. I will come back for sure.'

'It was nice to have an apartment for 5 nights, there was a washing mashing and a dishwasher. Everything was clean and there was parking. The beds were comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to the nearest mass transit. There was soap for the dishwasher but not for the washing machine. There wasn't enough toilet paper for the full 5 days for 6 people. There was no way to sweep or vacuum the floors and even though the washing machine was also a dryer there was no place to hang up laundry to dry. I...

'Vibrant neighborhood full of activity. Well situated to beach and parks with just a 5 minute walk to the metro, market and a range of lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment well supplied and comfortable. We appreciated most the little balcony and the comfy bed linens. Lastly, there always seemed to be friendly staff around to help with questions. This is a great neighborhood and building and we highly recommend it for value and amenities. We’ll be back to friendly Copenhagen! '

'The staff is very friendly. However I spotted some dirty in my room. Also not the place to be in the summer. Rooms are extremely warm and clearly there is no AC. Good breakfast actually!'

'Great location and good size for our family. However, the description on the site was very clear that a fully functioning kitchen was available. While there was a microwave, espresso machine, toaster and oven, no stove were available. The top of the oven had a cutting board and if you lifted it, it seemed as that was were the stove. With two children with Autism this was a challenge as they are picky eaters and we picked this place because it was advertised with a full functioning kitchen.'
