Villa with an exclusive pool and a fully fenced private garden. Nestled in the Tuscan countryside, 40 minutes from Florence. Ideal for a relaxing vacation and for exploring Tuscany. Villa Oliveto is located in the province of Florence, in the town of Reggello, a place also known for its olive groves, which produce a magnificent extra virgin olive oil. We also produce small quantities of it ourselves and would be happy to let our guests taste it. In addition to Florence, in an hour or so you can visit Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, and Greve in Chianti, where you can sample its fine wines. Nearby towns include Reggello (5 km) and Castelfranco Pian Di Scò (2.5 km), which in 2022 ranked among the top 3 in the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy" competition.
Inside, the villa features, on the first floor, a master bedroom with a large terrace, a twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be pushed together to form a double bed), and a bathroom. On the first floor, where the villa’s entrance is located, there is a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a stovetop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. There is also a bathroom and another twin bedroom with two single beds. Going down to the basement, you’ll find a double sofa bed and another bathroom.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available by the pool. The garden features a table, chairs, and a barbecue.
The pool is open from May 23 through the end of September.
