'This was our third visit to The Ivy. We chose to celebrate our 10th anniversary there and we were not disappointed at all. The staff is always top notch from the moment you arrive. 'Loved the location. In walking distance and the water taxi if running is just outside the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went the first it wasn’t running, found out it was due to weather 103 degrees. Extreme heat caused a lot of things to shut down. What didn’t work out so well was on arrival when we checked in our room must have had some work being done on it. In the bathroom the drain and grill to the shower was pulled out and laying on the floor next to toilet. There was dust from what probably...

'Great place to stay. The set up is gorgeous and very spacious for two people. Bathroom is huge. The kitchen area is well stocked.'

'The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. It is a very busy week, so we must be patient with those that were not. A special complement to housekeeping. Wash cloths like rosettes and tissues like fans!'

'I really appreciate the fact that it was a 24 hour hotel, because the train I took to Baltimore was extremely late. Staff was very helpful and I was able to head to bed right away.'

'The barn doors were dirty with a lot of finger prints. That is the only unliked observation. Love this hotel and will recommend and hope to return. Best thing was Altmens deli across street and hotel restaurant.'

'Our air barely worked and we did ask for help. They had us change it from cool to auto and it didn’t help. Our furniture that held the fridge had warped and molded from the moisture and it made the room smell.'

'Ice machine was not working on the 4th floor so when to 5th floor was not working so i went to 3rd floor it was working front desk receptionist when i came in nickol was awesome and very helpful but when i checked out younglady that check me out was ok but when i called to check and see if my money was returned to my card she was kind of rude and hung up the phone on me as if i was bothering her it sounded like the same person that check out other wise i enjoyed myself'
