"We stayed two nights here on the Osaka leg of our trip and the rooftop SkySpa is what makes this place. It's free for guests, proper Japanese-style baths with a view over the city, and going up there after a full day of walking was the highlight of our stay in Osaka. The room was a Deluxe Twin at 24 m², which is generous by Japanese standards, with two real single beds rather than two narrow ones squeezed together. Clean, well laid out, plenty of space for luggage. Osaka Station is about nine minutes on foot, so you're close to everything in Umeda without being in the middle of the noise. There's a coin laundry on site which we used, and reception sorted us out with coins straight away when we asked. Every member of staff we dealt with was helpful. Really good value for what you get. If you're choosing between hotels around Umeda, the spa tips it."

"Dit hotel ligt ideaal: 2m van het station naar KIX en 5m van een mega shopping outlet en tientallen restaurants. Snelle digitale incheckdesk, kamers vrij klein met een uitstekende douche, helaas kon de airconditioning niet lager dan 23C. Fraaie rooftopbar op de 22e verdieping."
