'The overall experience was excellent. The hotel is extraordinary, stylish and impressive. All staff is very attentive and I especially want to mention Daniel. He greeted and welcomed us upon our arrival and greeted us every time we met until our departure. Definitely fit for the job. The XS-room was decorated very well, unique features and contemporary styled. The downside of the room: there is too little space to put your stuff or clothing. Also, especially in the weekend there is loud music...

'Goed groot hotel, junior suite is een mooie ruime kamer met balkon, mooi zwembad, redelijk restaurant. Echter toen wij er waren was het heel erg rustig, ik schat max 3 kamers bezet. Ligt buiten Guatape dichtbij El Penol, daardoor rustige locatie, Guatape heeft is levendiger met diverse restaurantjes en barretjes, met de auto in 10 min bereikbaar vanuit dit hotel.'
