It is conveniently close to EVERYTHING. Parking was easy and not crowded. The owners were very polite and friendly. Any concerns were immediately addressed. We would stay here again.

We had a nice time at Homestead B&B . The owners are very friendly and personable. The place was immaculately clean. There are quite a few little touches that made our stay relaxing-and enjoyable. The out door seating areas, place for our dog to run. the screened in porch seating area , heated pool , breakfast every morning. Bacchic ball. The whole place is welcoming .I would stay here again !!!!!

This B&B is a pearl, especially if you have dogs. The cottage has a large space outside fully fenced where your dogs can run wild and safely. Breakfast was excellent: you order it the evening before and it shows up at your door at the desired time.

Green retreat
This was my third or fourth stay at Homestead. It just gets better and better. I appreciated the fenced dog walk since there were no sidewalks on the nearby streets. Breakfasts are good and a variety of restaurants are barely 5 minutes drive away. Rehoboth and the motels are built up and hard surfaces but this is an island of relaxing trees. Shrubs , birds, and rabbits.,

This is a GEM of a place!
This was our second time staying here and honestly won’t stay anywhere else as this is the best! The owners are great and the whole experience was super relaxing and very accommodating. This is a gem of a place and the breakfast is soooo good!

Very welcoming, nice and high quality decor, spotless and a great breakfast ( although the off-season 8:30 am breakfast is difficult when you want to get up early and continue a road trip) That said, we love the innkeepers here at this very special place! If you are here to look for a vacation property, Innkeepers and owners Joe and David are both realtors who know the area well!

Had stayed at location several years ago. Nice accommodations that accept a dog are rare. Good room, comfy bed, great host.

This was a wonderful experience for me and my dog. They innkeepers were extremely kind and accommodating. I especially appreciated the dog run, dog towels, and outside tap (with pet shampoo!) for dealing with sand. The whole place was immaculate, too. Homestead does not sacrifice cleanliness just because you need a pet-friendly room. Breakfast was fantastic too!

The property is an oasis amid the hustle and bustle of a beach town. The perfect place to vacation with your pet! The owners have pets of their own and and they live on the premises. I enjoyed meeting the family. I was traveling alone and was feeling a little bit anxious about it and found The Homestead to be a literal home away from home. The owners, David and Joe have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. And the breakfast they served was delicious! The continental breakfast was fantastic but then to top it off they served pancakes with banana slices, homemade blueberry syrup and whipped cream. I started to wonder if I really needed to go home!

Love The Homestead B&B
The location was great to the beach and shopping areas. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. As well as coffee and pastries we were treated to egg hash made with eggs, sage sausage, peppers and onions. Specially prepared so items could be modified to dietary needs. We plan to return for a longer weekend getaway stay.

We had a fantastic quiet weekend! The breakfast that was served was delicious, unique, and freshly prepared. My husband and I were both so happy with the choices they offered. Both David and Joe were extremely pleasant and helpful whenever we had questions. What an absolutely beautiful and perfect place to stay if you're looking for relaxing and quiet.

Innkeepers super helpful
Convenient to shopping. Minutes to the beach. Inn provides the best breakfast possible, beach chairs, umbrellas and games. Enjoyed a glass of wine in the gazebo and slept like a baby in the super comfortable bed. Will definitely return!

Wonderfully, quaint B&B with beautiful grounds. Very romantic weekend getaway. Hosts were perfectly attentive without being overly intrusive. Fabulous breakfast both days we were there. My only complaint would have been the size of our room. I like a lot of space and while the bathroom was roomy the bedroom was a little tight. Other than that this place was perfect. Next time I will book one of the larger rooms.

Superb Bed and Breakfast.
The Innkeeper, Joe, made our short visit very eventful. He was great with providing local places to go and I mustn't forget the delish and superbly prepared breakfast. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Inn Just Outside of Rehoboth Proper
Great B and B in a great location. The inn is just far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to keep you feeling in the loop. Easy and cheap Uber ride. The hosts are fabulous! The food was INCREDIBLE!
