'The spacious room, southwestern decor, fireplace. It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell. We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

'Het hotel is perfect alleen de ligging is iets minder prettig. De wijk waar het hotel aan grenst heeft een slechte naam en dat zie je terug. Er stonden duidelijk mensen te handelen in het een of ander im de bushalte voor het hotel. Het hotel zelf heeft camera's en beveiliging dus ik voelde me absoluut niet onveilig. Echter is het wel jammer.'

'We loved our stay at the Arizona Inn. The staff was helpful and genuinely friendly. The room was immaculate, and it was heaven sitting outside under the aromatic orange tree on our private patio. We used the pool almost everyday and it was sparkling clean and had a calm, friendly feel. Sue'

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...

'The property and staff were wonderful. The card key system was lacking. We stayed for 4 nights and everyday at checkout time we were locked out of our room and had to get our cards reactivated. This also happened when we wanted to enter the pool area. It would also be nice to have the outside area open until 10. The stars and views are so beautiful but we were closed out at 9 and had to sit in our room. Breakfast was pretty good. Location great. '
