'Very unfriendly service at the main desk, since I had a lot of luggage I had requested a first floor room close to the parking, I got a second floor room at the end of the corridor, the unfriendly lady at the desk told me that it was because I booked through hotels.com, and not through their site. If I had complaints I should turn to hotels.com. So if you like to book through hotels.com choose another hotel and avoid this one.'

'The entire house was beautifully restored, tastefully decorated and had many period furnishings. We stayed here for our annual Girls Getaway. It is conveniently located one hour away from Spencer, Sioux Falls and Sioux City, and we were able to make day trips to different locations. One of the days we planned to have a tea party at the house, and although we brought many of our serving dishes with us, we were happy to find quality serving dishes available and used some of those too. 'The bed in the main room is terrible. Might as well sleep on a box spring. 1 out of 10 for comfort on the matress alone. Curtains did not go to the top of the window and the light blazed right in when the day light started. The location was great and it was clean, nicely decorated.'
