Verbeterpunten: - Wifibereik was niet in alle ruimtes mogelik en op het terrein - keukendoeken verzorgen - comminicatie met niet receptie personeel is lastig indien je geen spaans spreekt. - check doen of alles nog werkt voordat nieuwe gasten de ruimte betreden. 'Hoewel voor Dominicaanse begrippen wellicht oké, vond ik het appartement qua afwerking niet zo. De douche had smerige oude randen, het regenwater drupte onze slaapkamer in, het zag er allemaal een beetje smoezelig uit. Maar de mensen waren vriendelijk, het verblijf was wel ruim dus al bij al een oké nachtje geslapen voor onze doorreis naar Las Terrenas '

'For a relaxing down south vacation this ticked all the boxes...it was everything the pictures showed and the descriptions on line were accurate. With 24/7 security we felt 100% safe. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed We went outside the condo area before dark several times where you can access small gift shops, grocery and liquor stores and everything was just a short walk. 'Our family was very comfortable here and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean when we arrived and is decently stocked with linens and kitchen items. The golf cart was a fun addition and our kids loved walking out the back doors to jump into the pools. Tatiana was always accessible if we needed her. We did have some trouble getting through the guard gate at check in, but Tatiana was able to help us over the phone. Overall we would definitely recommend this property!'

The house is in an upscale gated community that is extremely easy to get around by golf carts ! Anna and Patricia took amazing care of my family and the house during our stay ! 'I liked there was several stores to shop and personal by the pool were greaty favorite restaurants was Mexico lindo and las Brisa’s the servers were wonderful the coral staff needs improvement and just wished there was food by the pool area instead of heading out towards the buffet or sports bar , if they could have fries , burgers , wings and nachos by the bar just snack also had a big group of us 29 guest I wish it was easier to book restaurants instead of having to walk to guest services...

"Ligging is perfect, complex is omgeven door prachtige tuinen en strand is top. Voor een groot complex ook redelijk rustig ten opzichte van andere resorts die soms party hotels zijn. Alleen van 4 tot 6 uur staat de muziek wat harder bij het grote zwembad vanwege de animatieactiviteiten. Andere zwembad is altijd rustig. Ook veel faciliteiten in apart "family" gedeelte voor kinderen. Bungalows zijn lekker ruim en modern, voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Eten in buffet restaurants is van goede kwaliteit en gevarieerd. Nadeel is dat a la carte restaurants 24 uur vooraf gereserveerd moeten worden en dat er verkopers actief zijn voor holiday time sharing. Genoten van het verblijf. "
