'The property is perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple of a small family with kids. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.'

'We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was clean, well equipped with all the modern conveniences, and provided a nice alternative to a hotel. It was a good fit for us with our small dog and was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. We were there for a long weekend and it is along a busy street so the only drawback was the traffic noise during the day.'

'Short walk to Inn at Little Washington and Pattyo's which we didn't realize and a reasonable way to drive Skyline Drive and visit in Ruckersville. Host was very helpful. '

'Positive Highlights: quiet location still close to Skyline Drive, amenities, fresh interior recently modernized, love for details (charging cables, coffee bar, etc)'

'Lovely stay, convenient location to town and to the National Park. The house is well done and beautiful'

'Great location to explore the Shenandoah National Forest and Shenandoah Valley for spring break. The size of the house was perfect for our two families. The kids loved their room with twin beds and many games and toys. There was a seat for the baby and a pack and play, as well.Everyone enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and enjoy meals but we were close enough to Luray to go out for any meals we wanted. It was also nice having toiletries...

'Very clean, comfortable and lots of thoughtful touches. Close to EVERYTHING. Please note that the ‘2 twin beds’ is NOT a trundle bed. There are two 4” mattresses stacked on top of each other on the one frame. You need to take one of the mattresses off and put it on the floor to create the ‘2 twin beds’. That being said, the mattresses were comfortable and there were plenty of sheets and blankets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.'

'Wonderful trip! The host/home owner was so nice and so helpful. She gave detailed instructions on everything before we got there which made the entire stay go smoothly. The cottage was roomy, clean and more than we even expected. Oxana saw us outside and when she saw we had 2 toddlers, she showed us toys she had available for them to play with. She really goes above and beyond for guests. Highly recommend this place!'

'We had such a lovely time at this home near Old Rag. We had 6 adults and a baby and it was just perfect. Everything was clean and well equipped, and the location to beautiful trails was perfect We will definitely be coming back.'

'Very clean and a great location for hiking and rafting access. Kids loved the selection of DVDs.'

'The house was very charming and cozy. It met all of our wants (2 bedrooms, king bed in primary, fenced in yard for dog, hot tub & fire pit, close to attractions). The host was very polite and attentive, and gave excellent recommendations for food (which were all in walking distance!). Could use a little more seating in the living room and a few more items in the kitchen (wine glasses, better skillets, sheet pans), but overall the house really has everything you need. We had a great Spring Break...

'Great house in downtown Luray! We loved hanging out on the porch, both for morning coffee and happy hour. The house was very clean and had comfortable beds. It was fun to watch the trains go by, and the whistles didn’t bother us at all. It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants. It was great to be in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The host was very quick to respond to questions beforehand and checked in to make sure everything was going well. If you are looking for a...
