Goede prijs kwaliteit. Zeer behulpzaam en attente receptie medewerkers. Ook in de ochtend bij het ontbijt attent en vriendelijk personeel die zorgde voor schone tafels en voldoende aanvulling ook al was je laat.

Prima hotel, op korte loopafstand van het centrum. Een heerlijk bed en fijne douche. De kamer is alleen vrij klein. Maar daar zijn we maar weinig geweest. Ontbijt heel goed. Hotel en kamers heel schoon. Vriendelijk personeel.

Aside from all of the positives, the only thing that is troubling about the property is that they have VERY limited parking for paying customers. There is plenty of street parking, but that is not free, so plan accordingly. Other than that, the place is EXCELLENT.

This was an amazing hotel . They had parking( first come first serve) but it was a nice change from the hotels that didn’t have parking and you had to pay to park on the street . The hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful . The breakfast that was included was really good too . Beds were very comfortable and the hotel was only a few blocks from the main strip and a few blocks from the waterfront. Price was great too . If I come back to Reykjavik, I’d definitely stay here again .

The wood surrounding the bathroom was a little worn The breakfast food was well prepared, nicely plated, ample and very tasty. Clean, comfortable stay but I need my tea.
I’m from the UK and stayed here with my teenage daughter. Lovely room, very comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The room had enough plug sockets to charge phone and watches, there was a hairdryer, a kettle but no fridge, and no milk sachets for tea. I asked at the desk for some milk and they charged me for a small carton but with no fridge, it wouldn’t stay fresh for long. Breakfast was good, a good selection but no bacon or eggs. Donuts, pastries and waffles, as well as fruits and cereal. Location was great with a 10 minute walk to the main attractions and harbour. Overall a lovely hotel, but a fridge or milk sachets are a must for me.

I find the breakfast area to small and not comfortable when you have a visual diss ability and very hot also you cannot even take a coffee to your room or like my daughter has visual impairment the area was crowded so we made a plat to take back to our room. I had an unfortunate tragedy occur during the flight to Iceland where my wife passed away. The staff here at Storm hotel were over and above extremely accommodating, kind and caring. They had a room ready for me early and blocked it off for me for the duration of my extended stay. The clerks at the front desk were all so nice, caring and friendly, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. When I hadn't been down to breakfast they graciously brought food up to my room for me. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the staff and managers of this hotel

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten en comfort kamer
Kan anbefales
Bil er viktig for besøkende på Island. Derfor burde hotellet hatt flere parkeringsplasser. Selv om det gratis å parkere på gatenivå mellom 18:00 og 09:00. Trekk for liten og trang frokostsal, men pluss for god mat. Godt lydisolerte og greie rom, men tunge dører som smeller en del for å gå i lås. Dette førte til klage fra naboer da vi skulle sjekke ut for å rekke et tidlig fly. Betalte oppholdet i Euro ved innsjekk. Burde fått tilbud om å betale i lokal valuta.
