'It was not good. No windows in the room if you don’t smoke. Bathroom was dirty with dead insects. Dirty sheets Manager did his best, and showed us a room with a window. But is was very smelly.'

'Haha 😄 '

'Disappointing shuttle service Before arrival, I messaged the hotel several times to request pickup from the Batam ferry terminal, as the hotel advertised a complimentary pickup, but never received a response. We also requested the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal two days before departure, and the front desk acknowledged it. However, on the morning of departure, we discovered that no booking had actually been made. We also found out that the shuttle only goes to Harbour Bay Ferry...

'The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were bilingual and spoke very good English.'
