This unit is an in-law suite connected to a much larger farmhouse that is rented separately. I took advantage of the washing machine and dryer and was pleased that there was laundry detergent and dryer sheets right there for me to use. 'This house was perfect for our annual family reunion about a mile past this house. We had our family all together and really enjoyed being close to family here. The house has a wonderful kitchen and great layout. We did not cook there as we had most of our family meals at farm up the road. I would highly recommend for families. It was awesome.The home is situated across a road from Cottage Grove Lake.
