'Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager....

The rooms are always clean, the beds are comfortable, the showers are clean, the TV works, the fridge works, and the microwave works. It's an excellent bang for your buck. I stay here every time I come to Brady. '
