'Great little village inn in a cracking part of the country. The view from the car park is wonderful. The landlord and landlady were really chatty and friendly. Tasty meals and a good-sized room. Can't fault it on any account.'

Buitenplaats (grasveld met picknicktafels) en wat speelgoed voor hele kleine kinderen). Heerlijk zitje voor lunch of borrel met uitzicht op stadje en oud kasteel.'

'The Punchbowl Inn was a lovely pub to stay at, the staff were very friendly, the food was amazing. The room was lovely and had a fantastic view of the dales. If I had to be picky it would have been nice to have a shower curtain or screen over the bath as using the shower head I tended to flood the floor, but the water was lovely and hot. and I would return again.'

'Dit was de 2de keer voor ons in Forrester Arms en het verblijf was weer heerlijk ! Prima kamer, mooie locatie en heel centraal gelegen voor uitstapjes, prima service, aardige mensen en alles heel ontspannen waardoor we meer het gevoel hebben dat we bij vrienden hebben gelogeerd dan in een hotel hebben gebivakkeerd.'
