'Great location. Newer laundry facilities in the unit which is a big plus. Dishwasher could be replaced but it kind of worked. The a/c worked really well. We had a minor issue at check in but they resolved it. Bring your own beach chairs and boogie boards, this unit doesn't have them. Left balcony door does not open so all furniture had been piled on another one. But it’s fine, who needs three balconies?Overall great stay, great location. '

'Enjoyed my stay here. This condo really did have everything accessible from pots and pans to toiletries etc. The location was perfect. Very close to the entertainment district and walking distance to beach access. My daughter and I had a great time and truly relaxed in pure comfort. Looking forward to booking in the near future.'

'Everything was as described in the listing. Condo was very clean and lots of extras to use in the well stocked kitchen. We had a few minor maintenance issues that weren't resolved during our stay due to staffing issues. Certainly not the fault of the owner. Jerry got back to us promptly about the situation. The three bedrooms with three baths was perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.'

'The property was cute. Very small but perfect for two people. The main bedroom is muggy and doesn't get below 75*. There is a humidifier in the room that sounds an alarm when the basin is full of water and needs to be drained. (Instructions about that would have been helpful)The living room gets most of the AC and stays very cool. The fold-out couch was a nice addition. Tiny kitchen, but had dishes, pans, utensils.
