'This accommodation is positioned outside of town in a local neighborhood. While the property is not in a remote location, it is relatively enclosed with obscured views of nearby residential streets and houses. The guesthouse features a relatively small number of rooms each with individual external access. The rooms open to a central courtyard with external seating outside of most of them. Guests have access to a small cozy dining area open 24/7 that features coffee/tea, small library of books...

'Good Free Breakfast, beautiful property and grounds, spacious rooms, even though this is an older motor lodge it was very clean and such a breathe of fresh air from the indoor stale hotels. We had a back door to unload and a front patio to sit and enjoy the beautiful Taos weather.'

'Our “clean” bed sheets had yellow stains and hair all over them. We had to ask for new linens, but the first three sets the staff brought us were also dirty. It wasn’t until the fourth set that we finally received clean sheets. I felt bad having to keep asking for something as basic as clean bedding, and by the end, the staff seemed visibly annoyed with us. Clean sheets should be the bare minimum at any hotel.'

I expected a pretty cursory affair as they often are, but it was made to order and was made up of several courses. I strongly recommend! I can't wait to return for a longer stay.'
