Staff was excellent...had to report faulty plumbing three times during our 4-day stay, but the issue was addressed very quickly every time. 'Very good on all counts. The staff was wonderful. My key card stopped working and they asked a few questions and got everything straightened out quickly and got me back in. The only strange thing other than key card malfunction was the TV turned on about every 2-3 hours through the night, I think from the remotes in other rooms being used and the sensor picking up through the walls, but other than that everything was good '

"Really nice location just outside downtown. It's just a 15/20 walk to Broadway. The hotel itself is a little bit outdated. When we were there, new beds and carpet was there so I guess they're upgrade, the rooms. It's pretty clean, but it smells old. Breakfast is just average for this kind of hotel. Staff can be more friendly. But after all, a good stay! "
