'ā 1-Star Review
We stayed at this property from January 16ā19, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
When we arrived, the house was already in poor condition. Several areas showed visible damage and lack of maintenance, making it clear the property was not properly prepared for guests. The biggest issue came when the heater stopped working, leaving the home uncomfortable and forcing us to relocate.
While we appreciated being moved to another property, the...

'Everything was great, the upstairs areas and bedrooms were 79 degrees during the day to evenings before bed then would get cooler as the night/mornings came around. But other than that a great neat place to stay!!!!! Very easy to get to from airport and SeaWorld and downtown river walk.'

'This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been. There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. Even Expedia had no clue the deposit amount. The area is not a good area, actually marked as an area to avoid. But we had no issues. House was clean but trash in the front yard and back yard.
Biggest issue was communication, our place...

'My experience with this property was not satisfactory, mainly because of the restriction placed on the air conditioning. In the middle of summer in San Antonio, with extremely high outdoor temperatures, the thermostat was programmed so that guests could not lower the temperature below 71Ā°F.
For our family, this made the house feel too warm, especially at night. I believe that when renting an entire property and paying for a stay, guests should be able to adjust the air conditioning to a...
