Not the best of neighborhoods so wouldn't walk it at night. Never felt unsafe. Shower is great! The only downside for me is the deposit. A company this well run should have a more secure way of collecting a deposit. Sending a picture of a credit card and DL via email made me very uneasy. 'Needed a place on short notice and found this one. The check in process threw me off with all the pictures they required lol but after i got that out of the way i have nothing bad to say about this place extremely clean and a nice place to stay. Great value for th the price. Host was very helpful with my questions and concerns i would recommend this place to others!'

The parking lot is well lit and fenced, and you have to get past the office first so its a little more secure than it could be. Pool was clean and decent (we didnt use it though). Cost us about $20 round trip to the riverwalk in an uber on a saturday night. My only real complaint was that we had two small pillows on a king size bed....

"Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels."
