"This property and especially the outside space is beautiful a big pool for the kids many seats in shadow and sun with great views and still rome nearby (45 min). The house was very clean with big and very peaceful sleeping rooms! The living and kitchen were, when compared to the rest of the house a bit sparce decorateded and equiped, which you mainly notice on a raining day only"

"We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August. The area is very quiet and the view from the swimmingpool or the patio is spectaular. If you want to go to more busier locations, Rome or Rieti are close enough to go to for the day. If I have to mention 1 downside, it might be the access road from the village to Stefano's hideout, It is a dirtroad with a steep hill, It might give some drivers some cold sweat, but if you have driven the road a couple of times no one should have a problem with it. Overall we had a great stay and absolutely endorse Stefano and his hillside paradise! We will come back in the future if we can. Greetings Stefano from Robin, Martina & Dennis."

"Wij waren met twee gezinnen, 11 personen in het totaal. Er waren genoeg slaapkamers en het zwembad is groot genoeg. Jammer genoeg zijn de keukens en badkamers zeer oud en zijn er veel dingen die niet werken, zoals de waterkoker, de oven beneden en de buitendouche. Alles is aan vernieuwing toe. De eigenaar is wel behulpzaam en is perfect bereikbaar."
