Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. 'Hotel was op loopafstand van openbaarvervoer, Umeda gebouw en van verschillende shoppingmalls. Verder onder het hotel veel keuze van eettentjes en dineropties'

'Het was een erg fijn hotel. Het enige nadeel was het geluid s avonds laat van het park en station. Maar het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk en de kamers waren zuiver en groot. Met een beetje geluk heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op het park. Ik zou hier zo weer blijven!'
