The hotel has pick-up and bring service that covers the train, bus and cable car stations in the surrounding area. It's very convenient to get around. 'Its a typical traditional onsen ryokan with exceptionally focus on customer service. Only gripe would be you either need a local number or go to the tourist center to request for shuttle service'

'The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The English speaking ladies were kind and patient with all of us. One was able to reserve a van to take us back to Shin-Osaka, with all of our luggage. Plus…the view of the river, in the traditional tatami room was beautiful. '
