'We love the Arima Onsen Hanano Ryokan. They picked us up at the train station and even carried our bags up to store our luggage. Yes, getting to the inn meant climbing up some stairs. 'Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. 'I booked this ryokan as it was the most price friendly. The owners were super friendly and helpful, even though we had to talk through google translate as my japanese wasnt good enough. As others mentioned the stairs down to the hot springs (ast least for the female side) felt a bit dungeon-y. But the hot springs were amazing. The room was a bit older and you could tell there was some normal wear and tear from over the years but if i would definitely recommend it.'

'一組にも関わらず、駅到着後、車でお迎えいただきました。 駅から本旅館までは坂を登る必要があり、荷物が多い中ではより厳しい移動となるため、非常に助かりました。 到着後、チェックイン手続きまでの待機時間は多少ありました。個人的には気にならない程度です。 手続き後、宿泊する部屋まで、担当の方にご案内いただきつつ、設備等も説明いただきました。非常に丁寧で、とても心地が良かったです。 温泉は素晴らしく、しかも混雑していないタイミングだったこともあり、非常に楽しめました。 夕食なしのプランでしたが、朝食は非常に満足度が高く、夕食アリにすればよかったなと後悔するほどでした。 帰りも車で駅までお送りいただき、助かりました。 総じて、すごく丁寧な接客をいただき、とても素敵な有馬温泉旅行にしていただきました。ぜひまた訪れたい旅館です。'
