'Our church youth group stayed here on the way home to Texas from Indiana. The people at the front desk were amazing!!!! The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was tasty and even served on glass plates. Definitely would stay here again!'

'The hotel was immaculate. The gym was small, but it had what I needed. Breakfast was fantastic, the waffles were my favorite! The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and in a great location. Close to the airport, places to eat, the market and Freedom Hall (where I was working over the weekend)! Fantastic and I look forward to returning as a guest.'

'I liked how friendly and helpful all of the staff was from the parking garage, the lobby, and to all of the places within the hotel. The hotel is connected to the KFC Yumm center via Skywalk, which is the reason that I was staying in Louisville. That was a super awesome perk.
The downfalls.. The bed looked like it was quickly made and very sloppy. The halls were filled with the staff that cleans the rooms, two hours after check-in time. There were crumbs all over the floor beside the bed like it...

'The stay was okay. The service to correct thumbs was done quick. The TV didn't work and we didn't get our assigned run that i paid a security dossier for. BUT the kindness and professionalism that i was shown was great. '
