Piazza del Popolo Luxury Home is een luxe appartement op de vierde verdieping van een oud Romeins gebouw uit 1889 (met lift) in Piazza del Popolo, het hart van Rome, op een steenworp afstand van Piazza di Spagna en Via dei Condotti.

Onlangs gerenoveerd en ingericht met antieke meubelen (Louis XVI-periode), ruime en comfortabele accommodatie, ideaal voor gezinnen of kleine groepen vrienden. Met een oppervlakte van 120 vierkante meter, het appartement bestaat uit 3 slaapkamers, een badkamer met walk-in closet en eigen badkamer met douche uitgerust met kleurentherapie systeem. Het slaapgedeelte is voltooid door nog twee slaapkamers en een badkamer.

Alle kamers hebben een queen size bedden, grote ramen en hoge plafonds, een typisch voorbeeld van de oude gebouwen van Rome. De woonkamer heeft een grote slaapbank zeer comfortabel. Elke kamer in het huis heeft een systeem van airconditioning en verwarming.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust, inclusief vaatwasser. Het is ook een wasruimte met wasmachine en droger; TV's zijn de nieuwste generatie, uitgerust met satelliet-signaal en digitaal.

We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely apartment in an excellent location. The layout provided plenty of space and privacy for four adults, and the main lounge featured beautiful large windows that brought in wonderful natural light. The kitchen was well-appointed, with a spacious dining table and another large window that added to the open, airy feel. While some of the furnishings could benefit from an update and outdoor space would be a welcome addition, overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely apartment just as shown in photos. Location was great just off of the Piazza del Popolo. Close to all the sites and could walk everywhere in a half hour or less. Lots of good restaurants very close by. Edoardo, the property manager was also fantastic.

Perfect location for taking in the sights and flavors of Rome!

Eduardo was a fantastic host helping with various requests we had and providing so much information all throughout our stay in Rome. Our family enjoyed our time together while staying at this property. Eduardo made pick up arrangements and met with us to make sure we were all set for our stay. Edoardo went above and beyond for our stay. Probably the best host we’ve ever experienced. Extremely helpful & made our stay as smooth as possible. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, spacious & fit our family of 6 perfectly(2 elderly, 3 adults & an 8 month old baby). Will definitely be staying here again when back in Rome!! Fantastic apartment near Spanish Steps

This apartment was the perfect place for us to stay with our 3 adult children and 5 yr old grandchild. The apartment was clean and spacious and really well located. We really appreciated having a kitchen that was fully stocked so we could easily make our own breakfast. Eduoardo was very responsive and arranged airport transfers, and also stocked the refrigerator before we came , which was a big help as we were flying into Rome from various countries and only had one day there. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing Apt & Location with Great Host

Wow what an amazing apartment, great location with walking distance to almost everything. The property manager Edoardo was amazing, he was there on arrival and assisted us with baggage and check in and also was there early on departure day to do the same. We coordinated transport via him and it was top notch on time and great price for a group of 6 in a MB Van (taxis are small in Italy). We loved the place and will defiantly stay there again on our next visit.

We loved this property. beautiful and spacious. large master with walk in closet and large master bath. two rooms with one ensuite that were both king beds. great location. extremely clean. lots of nearby restaraunts so you don’t need to worry about getting cabs etc. cute shops and very walkable to main areas. air conditioning kept the apartment very cool. would stay again.

Spacious, clean, great location!

We have a family of 5, and this apartment was perfect, not to mention Edoardo is an AMAZING host. Edoardo took care of arranging transportation from the airport and met us at the apartment to show us everything. He also had great suggestions for restaurants and gave us a run-down of how to get around Rome! The apartment is very clean and spacious. We will definitely book this spot when we return. Apartment was in a great location near north gate. It was clean and had all we needed. Important to note that the dryer was not working properly (was not getting hot enough to dry the clothes) so we had to hang dry our items. Communication with host was great.

Amazing!

A wonderful place to stay while in Rome! The neighborhood is fantastic as you are in piazza del Popolo with nice restaurants everywhere. The Vatican, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, and Pantheon are within walking distance. Edoardo was an excellent host! He made our stay most enjoyable and was easily reached both through the app and WhatsApp. The apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures — no surprises — and having air conditioning in each room was a plus especially during the hot summer months. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will visit again soon.

Fun times in Rome!

Excellent location! Apartment was as advertised, it easily fit our family of six (one on the sleeper sofa), and it was quiet. Edoardo was extremely professional and responded every time we needed something throughout the entire process. Great vacation

We stayed here as a family of 6 ages from 79 to 14. The apartment was clean and great location. Minor issue and Edoardo was over in 10 minutes to fix it.(we popped a fuse) He was available at all times for anything. Can’t say enough great things about the property and location. The only issue to complain about would be the sleeper sofa mattress was very thin.

HIGHLY Recommend

We enjoyed the most amazing time at the Oca apartment! My husband and I and our four adult children stayed here for three nights. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed! The primary bath is like a spa! The location is excellent with great restaurants just a few steps away. We walked to the Vatican from here and to many other sites. I would highly recommend staying at this property. In fact, if we are lucky enough to return to Rome, this is where we will stay again!
