The home is spread over two levels: on the first level (sixth floor), there are 3 bedrooms, including two doubles and one with twin beds, 3 bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table, sofa, and flat-screen TV. On the second level (seventh floor), there is a dining room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. From the second level guests have access to a panoramic terrace of approximately 100 square meters, for their exclusive use, offering a 360-degree view of the centre of Rome. The terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers, BBQ and features night lighting.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and desks with power outlets. The kitchen on the first level is provided with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and Nespresso machine; the kitchen on the second level is equipped with a microwave oven, Nespresso machine, fridge, and dishwasher. A washer/dryer is available for guests. All areas are covered by a Wi-Fi network.

PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the house is located on the fifth floor and can be reached via the building's elevator. The home is spread over two levels (sixth and seventh floors), accessible via internal stairs. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to the internal stairs.
