ElyRose is een nieuw en prestigieus gerenoveerd, ruim en zonovergoten appartement op de 5e verdieping (met lift) van een elegant oud gebouw op een paar meter afstand van Santa Maria Maggiore, een van de vier belangrijkste basilieken in Rome, in de levendige Monti district, op slechts 150 meter van de metrostations van Vittorio Emanuele (lijn A) en 250 meter van Cavour Station (lijn B). Het is precies in het midden het Colosseum en station Termini. Dit appartement van 120 m² is de beste keuze om van uw verblijf in de eeuwige stad te genieten, omdat het op loopafstand van vele toeristische bezienswaardigheden ligt en het gebied vol is met wijnbars, restaurants en winkels. Wij staan tot uw beschikking voor en tijdens uw verblijf met als doel om uw verblijf in ons eigendom een zeer gedenkwaardige te maken. We kunnen de ophaalservice van en naar het vliegveld en de haven van Civitavecchia organiseren, zelfgemaakte Italiaanse maaltijden en rondleidingen.
Het appartement bestaat uit 2 grote slaapkamers en 1 kleinere: een grote slaapkamer met een kingsize bed waar een eenpersoonsbed gemakkelijk kan worden geopend als opgevouwen om een trekje te zijn; een driepersoonskamer met zowel een kingsize als een eenpersoonsbed of 3 eenpersoonsbedden; en een kleinere slaapkamer met een kingsize bed. ElyRose House heeft 2 moderne en elegante badkamers (een met een hydromassagebad, ook te gebruiken als douche, de andere met een grote douche). Bovendien, een grote lichte en volledig uitgeruste eetkamer met complete keukenfaciliteiten en de toegang tot het geweldige terras waar u enkele memorabele momenten zult doorbrengen! Elke slaapkamer heeft een individuele toegang tot het balkon. Het appartement wordt gekenmerkt door originele, mooie en kleurrijke marmeren vloeren en hoge gewelfde plafonds. Het is volledig uitgerust met airconditioning (in elke kamer!), wi-fi internetverbinding en 3 TV SAT met ongeveer 200 internationale kanalen.
Station Termini (het belangrijkste treinstation van de stad) ligt op loopafstand met directe openbare verbindingen van / naar beide luchthavens.

Exceptional communication. Cinzia allowed early check-in and offered airport pick up. She personally met us, checked us in— GREAT orientation. Apartment Is very clean and well furnished—very comfortable beds. Patio was enjoyable with great views. Centrally located to sites and the train terminal. Thank you Cinzia and family!Must try restaurant: II Nipotino del Solitario! Excellent pastas and pizza. So good we ate there twice. The owner, Nello, will treat you like family.

The property is beautiful and in the best location possible. It doesn’t feel too crowded or touristy but it is a close walk (15 min) to the Colosseum through pretty cobblestone streets. The apartment has numerous balconies with great views and the beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning and WiFi work well. The hosts and their staff are very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. This is a great place to stay in Rome and I would definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at ElyRose. Sandro and Cinzia were welcoming, arranged a private transfer from the airport for us, met us at the apartment to go over everything, and very timely in their communication. The apartment is located in a historic building and definitely gives you the Italian feel as soon as you step into it. Huge perks- washer, dryer, AC, beautiful terrace, and centrally located. Very close to Rome Termni station.

Four of us enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property for 3 nights. We were very impressed by the location being so close to some lovely shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the Colosseum aswell as 'hop on hop off' bus tours. Inside was very clean and tidy. The balcony off the kitchen looks over a beautiful church and the streets below. The property itself was extremely comfortable and offered much more than expected; there were hats and umbrellas, spare blankets and plenty of coffee for the coffee machine and we were left with a bowl of sweets which was a nice touch. The showers were good and the water nice and hot! The overall feeling was a home from home.After a day's exploring, we could either climb the stairs or take the lift to the apartment, it was great to have the choice.Everything we needed to know for our stay was carefully explained to us by our kind host who waited to greet us, even though our flight was delayed and it was getting late! Our transfers to and from the airport were also arranged for us effectively. All in all, a great place to stay and close to everything!

Very welcoming host. Had a bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. The kitchen and back bedrooms were cooler than the rest of house, heat was on timers unfortunately. The kitchen glass wood door rubbed on floor when trying to exit to deck and wood at bottom appeared to be rotten . Door is in need of attention as it did not open enough to exit. Dryer being outside on deck was not convenient and did not seem to heat properly. Owner seemed surprised at kitchen door difficulty when giving us instructions on use. Hopefully those things will be addressed before future rental.

This place is a "must stay" rental! The host was waiting for us upon arrival to walk us through every step. They gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Reynardo was very helpful and friendly. The location is very easy to get to -- a 10 minute walk from termini (main) train station. It's in a nice, safe neighborhood next to a beautiful church. There are lots of restaurants and shops around you.It is a very large 3 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor There is an elevator that takes you to it or you can take the stairs. The elevator is a typical European elevator-- it is small. However, it worked well. You may have to take 2 trips to get all your luggage up.There are abundant amenities in this apartment. Aside from 3 bedrooms, there are two very modern bathrooms (with towel warmers). The kitchen easily sits 4-6 people and has a fridge, stove, range, washing machine, and dish washer. All were in perfect working condition. There is a beautiful balcony that overlooks the city and the church. It was winter time during our visit so we didn't use it.Overall, this was an excellent apartment that I will stay at again when I return to Rome. I highly recommend it!

Appartamento spazioso raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione Termini. Letti nuovi e comodi ma armadi vecchi e diversi nella stessa camera Riscaldamento inadeguato per i mesi più freddi. Eccetto le 2 finestre delle camere matrimoniali tutti gli altri serramenti molto vecchi e alcuni non si chiudono bene quindi faceva un po freddo. Ho dovuto pagare 20€ in più al giorno per il quinto ospite, nella mia prenotazione non era indicato ma penso sia un problema di comunicazione tra Expedia e VRBO. Appartamento al 5° piano e ascensore piccolo con capienza ridotta max 220 kg essendo 5 persone ..... Quando si fanno le recensioni non bisognerebbe regalare le stelle....
