Ontspan in stijl in dit ruime appartement met 3 slaapkamers, omringd door boetieks en restaurants. Het appartement ligt in het historische centrum van Rome en biedt plaats aan maximaal 8 personen.
Gemakkelijke toegang tot dit appartement op de derde verdieping met de lift. Eenmaal binnen zult u verrukt zijn van het volledig ingerichte, elegante en toch comfortabele ontwerp. Het appartement is licht, gastvrij en rustig.
De keuken is uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft om culinaire meesterwerken te maken of snelle maaltijden op weg naar Rome te ontdekken. Er is veel plank- en lades. De eetkamertafel zet uit tot zitplaats 8.
Na een lange dag de stad te hebben verkend, kunt u ontspannen in de woonkamer door te zinken in de ruime fauteuil of op de grote bank gaan zitten die wordt omgezet in een tweepersoonsbed. Een 50-inch tv staat ook tot uw beschikking.
De badkamer is vanuit de woonkamer te bereiken en is vanuit alle slaapkamers gemakkelijk te bereiken. Een wastafel, een toilet en een bidet in Italiaanse stijl completeren de badkamer.
Dit ruime appartement heeft drie slaapkamers. De eerste bevindt zich buiten de woonkamer. Toegang tot de andere twee slaapkamers via de eetkamer. Elk bed slaapt comfortabel 2, net als de slaapbank in de woonkamer.
Voel je koel en fris in de zomer met airconditioning in alle kamers. Houd de kou in de winter met het onafhankelijke verwarmingssysteem. Wi-Fi breedband internet staat tot uw beschikking. Het appartement bevat ook extra's zoals een wasmachine, een strijkijzer en een strijkplank.

Appartment ligt heerlijk centraal, is ruim met prima airco en voorzieningen. Gastvrouw Alla regelde alles ( taxi vliegveld( en was er om ons binnen te laten, en check in te doen. Woning op lopp afstand van Piaza Navona, St Pieter en ook De gezellige wijk Travestere

A Night in Rome

This property was just as advertised. The apartment was very clean, plenty of room for a family of six, and comfortable beds. Communication with Alla was extremely easy. Key to building and apartment were available on app which was super convenient. Bathroom was huge and updated. I would highly recommend this apartment!!!

We were all very happy with our stay! Communication was excellent and the location was perfect. We stayed with our 3 children (5,7,9) and everyone had a great time and felt we had plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again!

An Unfogettable Stay

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Anotnio's place! Even though we only stayed one night I would definitely come back for longer. The apartment was spotless and comfortably fit all of us. I must say that the location was also perfect as right downstairs there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We also walked around after dinner at Pierluigi (seafood place 2 mins away) and visited some of the famous Piazzas. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting an authentic Roman experience!

Fantastic Place Right in The Heart of Rome

This place was a real find! Everything from the well appointed bedrooms, to the kitchen to the comfy living room was fantastic. The neighbouhood could not have been better as Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori was practicly 5 minutes away. We loved the cute little shops and restaurants in the area, I would reccommend The Supplizio (Roman rice balls) place was downstairs and was great! The owners were always available and super helpful! We would definitely come back here again!

Amazing Apartment

This apartment was awesome for 7 adults and 1 toddler. It is in a good location to many sights and has lots of delicious food and a daily farmers market within a 5-10 min walk. Only having one bathroom was tough with so many people but it was all very clean and well kept. The power was tripped and we couldn’t find the reset breaker - the owner came within 30 min to reset it for us. The AC went out on the last night and we couldn’t get it to work so we were all sweating by morning but that was the only negative. WiFi was good for browsing but slow for any downloading. They helped set up transfer to the hotel which was great.

Ubicación inmejorable

Apartamento limpio y perfecto para ir a todas partes sin necesidad de utilizar medios de transporte. Traslados desde el aeropuerto y al aeropuerto por parte del arrendatario puntuales (coste adicional). Es cierto que la ducha es un poco incómoda si no andas bien de reflejos, pero el agua sale caliente rápido y con presión. El calentador es de gas no es un acumulador y es de agradecer siendo 6 para ducharse. Se trata de un edificio antiguo de techos altos y muros gruesos, tiene ascensor incluido a posteriori en la finca cómodo, pero no apto para sillas de ruedas (hay un par de escalones entre plantas). Es cierto que es una calle que tiene vida, pero está lejos de la locura nocturna romana y se puede dormir bien. La cocina está bien equipada. Tiene tabla de planchar, plancha y un secador de pelo (quita la humedad, no es para alisarte la melena... echa tu secador en la maleta 😉). Las toallas muy bien. Los colchones no son “Lo Mónaco” pero no son malos, hemos descansado. Una de las habitaciones no tiene armario, a cambio la de mayor tamaño tiene uno enorme. Hay enchufes suficientes para cargar los teléfonos de 6. Un supermercado pequeño al lado y un local abajo muy cuco de “croquetas street food romanas” para tomar una caña. El casero es amable y servicial, responde rápido tanto por teléfono como por wassap. Buena relación calidad-ubicación-precio. Recomendable.

Overall great place to stay in Rome

Absolutely perfect location. Perfect for our family. We truly appreciate the owner arranging our transportation from and to the airport. The only issue was the bathroom. Showering in the large tub was difficult for older guests. Getting in and out safely was an issue. Also, not enough water pressure to utilize the jetted tub.

Wonderful roomy apartment; air conditioning works wonderfully

The flat is in a great location; the kitchen has everything you’d need to make a gourmet meal. On the down side- it was missing some essentials; dish towel to dry dishes, paper towels/napkins. The only thing misrepresented was THERE IS NO DRYER. All your clothes are dried on a rack.

Great apartment in the center of Rome

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The adults had the master bedroom and each of the kids had a separate bedroom which they loved. A bit of street noise at night but that's to be expected in the center of the city. Did not really affect our sleep as we were tired after exploring Rome all day so everyone slept with no issues. Make sure you download WhatsApp as that is the best method to communicate with the person who will be checking you in.

Perfect location, very comfortable stay

This apartment was perfect for our party of two couple and a few grown kids. Each room has individual AC which is very important in the hot summer. If someone is sleeping in the living room, we suggest leaving the bedroom doors open with ACs on while out and about. This way the living area stays cool for sleeping. We also left the closest bedroom door open once all sleeping so that the person on the couch was comfy. I read a previous note about noise and was concerned I'll only yo find that there was no noise at all. We were very pleased with our quiet, cool and very lovely apartment. I also should mention that the owner was very helpful and made much effort to accommodate our early arrival. We felt like true guests. Finally there is a lovely, healthy, fresh salad and juice bar just steps to the right as you exit the building. I forget the name but is was perfect.

Great location

The apartment is located on a quiet street in a great central location. Not far from the tourist spots and good restaurants. I also loved that there was a coffe shop across the street t which was great for breakfast or an afternoon snack. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated although it was not super modern or super charming. I loved that each bedroom had its own temperature control since the friends we were traveling with love strong air conditioning while we prefer fresh air. The owners are wonderful about communicating before the stay and had someone meet us to show us the apartment details. The negatives are the bathroom and the elevator. The shower is in a jacuzzi which is not easy to get in and out of without worrying about slipping. There is also a small step coming in or our of the bathroom which is a hazaard at night. (You can probabably tell I am from the US). Also, the elevator worked well until the last day when we had to use the key to open the doors. Again this is not something we are used to so it probably bothered us more than some. The price is very good as the 4 of us were able to stay in a prime Rome location for 1/2 the price.

Pass This One!

The apartment ac was not working in 1 bedroom. It was in the mid 80's during our stay and very uncomfortable. The management did not respond to my inquiries regarding the ac repair during our stay. The apartment was dirty. The apartment has a bar across the street where patrons stand outside and walk the alley between the buildings for what seemed to be all night long. There was a homeless man living in a sleeping bag outside the front door to the building. The car service that was supposedly confirmed for our departure provided the name and number of a driver that never responded to our messages, so we were forced to find alternate transportation to the airport. The manager of the apartment did not respond to my inquiries about the service until we were already in the airport standing at the gate. We would have missed our flight had we not made other arrangements.

It was a nice clean appartment with all things you need. The location was good - walking distanse to most of the tvings to see in Rome. The bad thing was the bathroom - the shower was in the jacuzzi and also just one toilet. I could recconde this appartment

Great Location.

Nice fourth floor. Three bedroom, one bath apartment. No air conditioning meant sleeping with the window open. Street noise until 3 am every night. You can walk to a lot of restaurants and bars from the property. Coffee shop and grocery store across the street. We did have communication issues with the owner and with Home Away customer service.

Perfekte Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht absolut den Fotos, ein paar Gebrauchsspuren, aber für römische Verhältnisse top! Immer heißes Wasser, immer funktionierender Lift, Heizung lief auch, sogar Weingläser in der gut ausgestatteten Küche und Regenschirme vorhanden. Lage perfekt, äußerst zentral (unser ältester Mitreisender ist jenseits der 70 und wir konnten dennoch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen) und dennoch nicht touristisch in einer Seitengasse gelegen. Preis-Leistung: top! Absolut empfehlenswert: das kleine Café auf der anderen Straßenseite und die Weinbar schräg gegenüber, die abends ein beliebter Treffpunkt für Römer ist! Wir haben schon einige Jahre Erfahrung mit römischen Apartments, von diesem waren wir aber sehr angenehm überrascht und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Great Location

Great location for this property and good space for family of 4. Kitchen and living room worked well for us (and WiFi). Beds were double/queen were a good find as I have tall boys, and the shower and laundry worked well. Really appreciated the tips on restaurants etc. An easy walk to the Vatican.
