With 60 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates four people, featuring a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.



It allows you to explore the center of Rome on foot: the Palatine Hill, the evocative Imperial Forums, the famous Piazza Venezia, the Capitoline Hill, the fascinating Bocca della Verità, the Circus Maximus, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and St. Peter’s Basilica.



The interior layout is as follows:



KITCHEN. Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, moka pot, dishwasher, toaster, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.

LIVING ROOM. Double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), smart TV, and dining table. Split-system air conditioner.

BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, mirror, two armchairs with a coffee table, and freestanding wardrobe. Split-system air conditioner.

BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, and clothesline.

The apartment is located just a short walk from Piazza San Giovanni and the Basilica of the same name, in one of the most beautiful and picturesque neighborhoods in the city center. Strolling through the neighborhood, you can admire Renaissance palaces, the Basilica of St. John Lateran, and the Holy Stairs.



-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini Station, where you can take the Metro to the Manzoni stop, a 5-minute walk away, or, alternatively, Line 16 to the Merulana/S. Giovanni stop, a 1-minute walk away.

The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.
