Ons huis ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het Colosseum; het is een appartement op de 2e verdieping van een historisch gebouw. ​​Het bestaat uit een tweepersoonsslaapkamer met een Frau-bed, latexmatras 160x190 cm, een ruime kast en een smart-tv, een marmeren badkamer met Teuco-douche, een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste kitchenette die is verrijkt met een bank om op te ontspannen. De bank verandert in een echt tweepersoonsbed (160x190 cm) met een 20 cm hoge memorymatras. Gratis wifi en airconditioning. Het is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen

We had a wonderful stay in this Rome apartment. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to major sights, public transit, restorants and grossery stores. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped for our needs. Communication with our host Gabriele was smooth and helpful. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

It's wonderfully located and was entirely sufficient for our needs. It was clean and very comfortable. Gabriele is a superior host. Excellent place to stay! Clean apartment that was the perfect size for me and my husband. Super close to many of Rome’s main attractions. Enjoyable week in Via Baccina

An ideal location within 30 minutes walk of most of Rome's attractions, but also close to Cavour Metro too. Monti is a vibrant place with lots of boutique shops to explore. The apartment had plenty of room for a couple and the little kitchen was sufficient enough to cook simple pasta meals in. I would certainly stay here again.

A true gem of a stay!

What an incredibly wonderful stay. The apartment is impeccably clean and has every single thing you would need. The bed was so comfortable, and they even provided a soft and harder pillow. Gabriel was prompt, attentive and informative. Of the 5 locations/accommodations I stayed at during my time in Italy, this one was the best. The location was amazing. Every single thing you could want is just steps away. I loved that I could just pop in and freshen up and go right back out. Such a well equipped apartment and thoughtful host left few questions. When I had a question, Gabriel responded immediately and was able to provide the information I needed. I felt so safe and "at home" here. My only hesitation in writing this review is that his place might not be available the next time I want to stay. Thank you so much for this amazing time. I am so grateful.🙏

First time Rome travelers

We picked this property for its location in the Monti district and location to the Colosseum, Forum and walking distance to train station! Gabriel met us to help us check in/out, give us access instructions and walk us through the apartment. It was a good landing spot, close to many restaurants, gelato, bars .. even right on the street a few doors down. The bed is comfy, small kitchenette with Nespresso! Shower is tight but functional. Nice space for resting after walking the city daily. It was hot the first 2 days and the AC was not helpful. We had 2 portable fans with us to move the still air to help us get to sleep. Weather cooled down then fine with windows open (European way). We did some laundry in the washer and used the drying rack to lay it to dry! Worked great! Cute little place in a good location. It would be tight for 4 people but there is a small couch that opens to a bed that we did not test. It’s located in an access controlled building that is some rental/some personal apartments. Cute interior space. One note.. taxis do not like to come to the door for drop off so you may need to walk up from the main street.. short easy walk. Slippers provided! Good find!!

Perfect stay over the weekend in Gabriele‘s appartment. Close to all important spots in old town room. Many restautants and Bars around. Despite busy surroundings it is a quiet appartment.
