This incredibly located one-bedroom flat is situated on the third floor of a 17th century building. Rich in natural light, it boasts terracotta floors and coffered ceilings that are original to the *palazzo*, but at the same time it has been tastefully renovated and decorated, by contrasting its historical elements with contemporary, quirky design and furniture pieces.

A kitchenette is complete with everything you may need to prepare some simple meals from scratch - it features a mini-fridge, a microwave oven, an induction stove, a kettle and of course cutlery, pots and dishes.

The only bathroom comes with a large shower and a top-loading washing machine, for all your laundry needs while in Rome.

In the dining room/living room, the big sofa turns into a double bed, which can comfortably sleep two adults or even two children.

The master bedroom, which is separated from the living room by a blackout curtain at this time, features plenty of closet space considering the size of this apartment, and is complete with a small office area with a desk and rolling chair, a perfect solution for those visiting Rome for business - remote workers are welcome here and will feel at home in this flat.

This accommodation also features A/C units in every room. A WI-FI connection is offered free of charge to all guests.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Check-out by 10 am

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

Check-in is by self-check-in. It is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.
