The apartment consists of a cozy double bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen—perfect for preparing your own meals.



The living area is bright and practical, featuring a dining table that also functions as a comfortable workspace, ideal for those traveling for business.



The true highlight is the private garden, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing in complete privacy.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, a washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV.



The apartment is laid out on a single level with no steps, ensuring easy and convenient access throughout.



Guest Access:

Our guests are granted exclusive access to all areas of the apartment for maximum enjoyment.



We offer a self check in option, which allows the guest to access the apartment at their preferred time after 15.00 pm.

Please note that for assistance with check-in outside of standard hours involves an extra fee of €25 for assistance after 9PM and €50 after midnight.



In the case an early check in might be needed don't hesitate to contact us: we'll do our best to adapt to your specific needs.

The apartment is located just a few steps from the bus stop and you can easily reach Piazza Venezia, the Pantheon and the A metro stops.

The property is cleaned and sanitized by trained staff to ensure a comfortable environment upon your arrival.



You’ll find Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy a pleasant and independent stay.



Extra cleaning or linen changes are available upon request (subject to a fee) — we're happy to accommodate your needs.



The apartment is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
