A comfortable 100-square-meter apartment located on the fourth and top floor of a building with an elevator (NOT wheelchair accessible). There are steps at the entrance.

It comfortably accommodates 5 people with two bedrooms.



We are located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, near the Olympic Stadium.

Situated in one of Rome’s most popular and elegant neighborhoods.

In the evening, enjoy the magic of a beautiful stroll along the Lungotevere and the Ponte della Musica.



The interior layout is as follows:



LIVING ROOM. Dining table, lounge area with double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and smart TV. Split-type AC. Access to the balcony.



KITCHEN. Equipped with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave and conventional oven, moka pot and coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. Access to the balcony.



BATHROOM 1. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.



BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), closet, and desk with chair. Split AC unit. Access to the balcony.

BATHROOM 2 (inside Bedroom 1). Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.



BEDROOM 2. Single sofa bed (1.20 x 1.90 m), wardrobe, and desk with chair. Split-type air conditioning.

Access to the balcony.

You can reach us from:



- ROME FIUMICINO AIRPORT: Take the shuttle to Roma Termini. Continue on bus no. 910 to the “Melozzo Da Forli’” stop, which is 2 minutes from the apartment. Travel time: 1 hour and 15 minutes.



- ROME CIAMPINO AIRPORT: Take bus No. 520 to the Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop, then take Metro Line A to the Ottaviano stop, and finally take bus No. 32 to the Lgt Cadorna/M.Llo Giardino stop, less than 10 minutes from the apartment. Travel time: 1 hour and 20 minutes.



- ROMA TERMINI STATION: Take bus No. 910 to the “Melozzo Da Forli” stop, which is 2 minutes from the apartment. Travel time: 40 minutes.



- IF YOU’RE ARRIVING BY CAR: Paid street parking is available in blue-line zones.

Paid parking is available at Roma - Service Parking - Stadio Olimpico, less than 5 minutes away.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.



In case of any issues, Customer Care is available only until 11:30 PM.



Note: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
