Kitchen island with stools. Single bed (0.80x1.90 m) used as a sofa and smart TV (NO antenna), dining table. Split AC unit (with heat pump).

BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two lamps, closet, and TV with Chromecast. Split AC unit (with heat pump).

BEDROOM 2. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), two nightstands with lamps, closet, and dresser. Split-system AC (with heat pump).

BATHROOM 1. Anteroom: laundry area with washing machine and shoe rack; bathroom with spacious shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

BATHROOM 2. Bathtub/shower with whirlpool, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment by taking the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini, where you can catch bus No. 64 toward Stazione San Pietro, getting off at the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property.



- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach Roma Termini Station via the shuttle bus service. From there, take bus No. 64 toward Stazione San Pietro to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), which is a 2-minute walk from the property.



- From Rome Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 64 toward Stazione San Pietro to the “Crocifisso/Porta Fabbrica” stop (16 stops), which is a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take a regional train, such as train 12514 to Civitavecchia or train 4500 to Grosseto, getting off at Stazione San Pietro, a 5-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL).

You can park for a fee on the street (blue-line parking) or at Garage San Pietro, a 2-minute walk away.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.
