  • Het appartement bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van een historisch gebouw. Via dei Baullari ligt op slechts 50 meter afstand van het Campo de Fiori-plein en op slechts 500 meter van Piazza Navona.

    Dankzij de grote ramen met dubbele beglazing met uitzicht op de Corso Vittorio Emanuele en Piazza San Pantaleo is het appartement toch rustig en vredig.

    Een sober ingerichte slaapkamers (2 tweepersoonskamers, 1 triple en 2 vierpersoonskamers), een zitkamer, een eetkamer, 2 balkons, 4 badkamers (1 met bad en 3 met douche) en een keuken met koelkast, kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, wasmachine en droger. SKY Cinema-tv en gratis wi-fi internetverbinding.

    Het appartement heeft een onafhankelijke centrale verwarming met een boiler die onbeperkt warm water levert. Alle geleverde bed- en badlinnen.

    Het appartement is geschikt voor maximaal 15 personen in 5 slaapkamers. Er zijn 5 eenpersoonsbedden, 3 tweepersoonsbedden en 2 slaapbanken.

    Onze appartementen AP27 BAULLARI III en AP55 BAULLARI II, die plaats bieden aan maximaal 14 personen, de eerste en maximaal 12 personen de tweede, bevinden zich ook in hetzelfde gebouw. Het is dus mogelijk voor groepen of families die Rome willen bezoeken samen met niettemin hun onafhankelijkheid en privacy te behouden om twee of drie van deze appartementen samen te huren.

    Bij aankomst is een aanbetaling van Euro 300 vereist, die zal worden teruggegeven aan het appartement.

Great location! Perfect place for our large group. Check in and interaction very pleasant. Can be noisy at night but that’s the trade off for being so conveniently located.

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Excellent space for a large group that was wonderfully remodeled. Bathrooms were gorgeous, beds comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit where most places advertise but don’t actually have one or both. Check in and check out a breeze with very friendly hostess and regular communication. Would absolutely rent again and was sad to leave.

We have travelled to Rome multiple times and this was, by far, the best location. We had three families, 10 in total including three kids and a baby. Rooms were quiet from street noise and from other rooms. Every major site was 10-20 minutes walk. If you are planning to visit Rome you should plan your dates based on availability of this place!

We had a wonderful stay in Rome at this apartment. The location is perfect for walking to many landmark sites. We ate at several of the restaurants in the neighborhood and found them all very good.

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of Rome; we walked (under 1.5 miles) to our tours at the Vatican and Colesseum. Wonderful restaurants minutes away. Scrumptious bakery outside our door Responsive and helpful hosts.

Great location between Piazza Nuovo and Piazza Campo De Fiori. It is just about the perfect location with a great bakery on the ground floor. The space was just right for our family of thirteen kids and grandkids.

10/10 location. Nathalie (hostess) is the best! Restaurants, shops, Bakery to die for steps away. Apartment is spacious, well appointed and decorated, and very quiet. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Great location and nice place

This is the perfect location for walking to everything Rome has to offer. It has a nice balcony and shutters for overlooking some of the action on the street below. The beds are comfortable, and with 4 bathrooms and showers, our group was never waiting to use one. It can be loud for light sleepers given the excellent location, but it didn't bother us.

Best VRBO in Rome

We stayed here for Christmas. 2 families with 3 adults and 5 tweens / teens. Communication with the hosts was excellent and immediate. The location is fantastic. It is a large, clean space with modern amenities. It felt like an Upscale hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They had a decorated Christmas tree and panettone upon our arrival. Exceptional and highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of historic Rome!

The apartment lives up to the listing! Enjoy a taste of city life in Rome by make this your temporary home while in town. 1 block off Campo dei Fiori and across the street from Piazza Navona. 5-10 minutes walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and much more. Apartment has a small, but working elevator so if you have big bags or a baby carriage, be prepared for some carrying. The apartment is spacious and clean and very comfortable with entertainment options for kids and adults. Our party had 10 people of all ages and everyone had space and comfy sleeping accommodations. I highly recommend this for a group traveling together who wants to enjoy company and still have some private space when needed.

Large property Great Neighborhood

Very large apartment in the perfect neighborhood. Communication and the check-in process were perfect. 4 large rooms that were clean and comfortable. You are in the heart of Rome and a short walk from the Vatican and Pantheon. The Coliseum was about a 30 min walk. Just outside our door was a huge market at Campo de Flori. There were so many little shops and restaurants. The area is very busy and loud but we were so impressed with how well the windows did at keeping the noise out if you wanted a little more quiet experience. If we had a group our size again in Rome, this would be the first property we would inquire with to see if it was available. Could not have been more satisfied.

Great location in a cool old building

The location of the property is the highlight. Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori are around the corner so many fantastic restaurants are a stone’s throw away. Trastevere is only ten minutes away on foot and Vatican City is walkable in 15. Given the location, you do hear a lot of street noise so ear plugs and white noise were needed by all. The apartment itself is dated and one bedroom smelled very musty/moldy. We closed the door and chose not to use it. If you need a big apartment in a great location (like our family of 7) this is a good option. One bedroom is perfect for young children and our 6 year old loved it.

Amazing location and space

We stayed here for the end of our trip and it was the best place of all. Location: right next to everything. Easy walk to the Pantheon, Travis Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. Next to all the major bus lines so we could easily get around, and there’s a taxi stand right across the street.Apartment: The space is perfect for a large group. We had 11 people (7 adults, 4 kids). Only downside is that the wifi has trouble handling that many devices at once but even more reason to get out and enjoy the locations. There is a washer AND dryer although you can only run one at a time. 4 bathrooms and the living room and dining room are spacious so you’re not on top of each other.There’s a bakery next door, gelato a couple stores down, and a CarreFour a block away. Owners were responsive and met us at the beginning to go over the apartment. There are stairs but also a small lift if you have anyone that has trouble with stairs.

Great for group and central location!

Our group of 8, 3 couples and 2 singles really enjoyed the apartment and the great location. Plenty of space and bathrooms so everyone was comfortable and a living room and dining table large enough for us all to gather. Also a great location where it was walkable to just about everything.
