Elegant appartement in het hart van Rome, tegenover Piazza Navona en achter de suggestieve Campo de 'Fiori, op minder dan 15 minuten lopen van het Vaticaan. Het onlangs gerenoveerde appartement heeft 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een met een grote inloopdouche en 1 volledig uitgeruste keuken. De grootste kamer (kamer 01 van ongeveer 30 vierkante meter) herbergt de woonkamer met lounge en eettafel. Beide slaapkamers hebben tweepersoonsbedden en zijn volledig onafhankelijk van de badkamers en keuken. Het appartement is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen als u de slaapbank in de woonkamer gebruikt (2 bedden afm. 160 x 200). Gelegen op de 1e verdieping van een historisch gebouw uit het einde van de 19e eeuw met uitzicht op Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, heeft het een locatie waarmee u alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden van de stad te voet kunt bezoeken. Voor de toegangsdeur zijn er verschillende haltes van het openbaar vervoer van en naar station Termini en naar elke andere bestemming. Op loopafstand een ruime keuze aan lokale restaurants, bars en allerlei soorten diensten. TAXI en busstation minder dan 100 meter. Mogelijkheid om fietsen te huren om door Rome te reizen, een paar meter van het huis. Airconditioning beschikbaar van 1 mei tot 30 september (hete seizoen). Geen rokers Het appartement bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping en is bereikbaar met 1 trap zonder lift.

Very nicely situated in central Rome - Lovely interior design - Helpfull and friendly landlords

We stayed twice almost a week in this apartment in 2016 (summer) and in 2018 (winter). Both times we enjoyed our stay very much. Mary (landlady) is very friendly and helpfull. Around the corner one of the most interesting markets of Rome : Campo de' Fiori and in walking distance from Piazza Navone and the Pantheon.

Could not have been BETTER!

We had an amazing stay! (But don't forget to bring your adapters!) The location was perfect and the space was wonderful for all five of us! Make sure to get the gelato across the street...it was yummy!

Wonderful time in Rome

Mary was there waiting for us to arrive and check in was very easy. It's a great location, right near Piazza Navona. We walked to the Pantheon and Colosseum one day. That might be too much for some, but doable. We walked to the Vatican another day. There is one bedroom and one open living space that has a bed and a pullout couch. It worked for us and our two kids. The kitchen is small, good for having breakfasts and simple lunches if you want to do that. Would be difficult to make a complex dinner dinner. We were very happy and recommend staying here.

Amazing location and beautiful apartment!

Beautiful apartment with lots of room for family of 4. Super location within walking distance to all major attractions. Host was very helpful arranging transfers to and from the train station. Really enjoyed our stay in Rome and would highly recommend this apartment. Nice hot showers too!

Wonderful location

The location is unbeatable. Most landmarks are within walking distance, and it's surrounded by great restaurants. The best Gelato in the world is right across the street. Apartment was safe, clean, had two bathrooms and a tiny washing machine. It's a few easy stairs to walk up. We enjoyed our stay, Damiano was very responsive, and they even got us a ride to and from the airport which cost around 70eu each way.

Great central Rome property

We had a fantastic mini break to Rome and loved the central location of this property. Everywhere we wanted to go (with the exception of Ostia!) was within a 30-40 minute walk and there were groceries and a bakery on the main road within easy reach.Mary was a very responsive host and met us on arrival. We appreciated the couple of espresso pods and kitchen cooking basics. Everything was clean and we slept very well.For those coking with children, Ostia Antica was a great trip out (half an hour on train) and 4 person cycling in Borghese gardens was a fun break from sightseeing. Would recommend

My family had a week in this central location. Mary and her team were very accommodating. We loved this spacious apartment. Lots of monuments in walking distance and central location for bus/taxi. Recommend to everyone!!!

This property was perfect for our 4 day stay in Roma. The location could not be better. We, including my 86 year old mother were able to walk to so many of the top sites such as the Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish Stairs etc. The Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Piazza Dei Fiori were in our “back yard” not to mention the BEAUTIFUL basilica right next door. There were so many restaurants and shopping right there. Having said that, I must say, it is on a busy thoroughfare and there is a good amount of street noise, people enjoying themselves and the restaurant down stairs arranges their furniture every night at closing. If you are a light sleeper take the back bedroom!

The Location was wonderful We were close to everything and if we needed the get a cab it was a block away. The unit is very safe and people in the building very kind. Amazing Location

We stayed here in late October. This apartment was perfect. They had offered to set up a pick up from the airport and even though it was a little more expensive than a cab, it was well worth it to have a private car to take us to our apartment. This neighborhood was amazing. We were close to everything. Campo di Fiori was our favorite spot for fresh fruit, baked items and smoothies. It was a great neighborhood to stay in. We walked to Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, Trastevere for dinner one night. There is a magnificent church right next door that you must visit. We discovered ancitent ruins to blocks away. This Apartment was great for a couple and two 20 year olds. The view was great and the we ate once at the restaurant below us which was really good. This apartment is a 10 out of 10. We would definitely stay here again.

Ultimate Convenience

Thanks to Mary arranging for our driver, everything went smoothly. She met us at the flat and answered all questions and made suggestions. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and is in an ideal location. In addition to proximity to major sites, cafes and shopping options are abundant. There is even a bank across the street. We loved exploring the area, especially the vicinity around Via Dei CoronarI near Piazza Navona.

Five Star Heart of Rome Rental!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely loved our beautiful flat located near everything we wanted to see on our first visit to Rome. Four friends (ages 66-72) could walk to the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Vatican City, etc. from the front door of the rental. The living area had high ceilings with doors opening to the streets of Rome-able to watch the action outside. Very quiet inside, very clean, with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed sitting at the couch and table relaxing and reviewing our day together. Nice new bathroom with great shower. We used the hair dryer and iron provided. Mary met us promptly at the door and was very accommodating when we made one request. There were a few steps up to the flat, but we were able to drag our suitcases! There were wonderful restaurants everywhere nearby. Would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to return to Rome. Mary also provided us with a lovely limo driver back to FCO airport!
