  • Dit mooie appartement ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van het Vaticaan, in een residentieel complex met vintage binnenplaats dus het is erg rustig en stil. Gelegen op de vijfde verdieping (met lift), het is zeer helder en is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen comfortabel. Het bestaat uit een ruime woonkamer met eethoek, een moderne keuken en uitgerust, twee comfortabele tweepersoons slaapkamers (een met een tweepersoonsbed en een met twee aparte bedden), een badkamer en een mooi terras. Het gebied is goed bereikbaar: de bushaltes en het metrostation liggen op slechts een paar meter. In de nabijgelegen Via Candia er zijn vele winkels, restaurants en supermarkten, en op 5 minuten lopen kunt u de Mercato Trionfale te bereiken, waar elke ochtend verse producten te vinden. Deze oplossing is ideaal voor een gezin op zoek naar een comfortabel en rustig.

The apartment was very clean and the check in was easy. The location was near the metro andade it easy for us to tour the city and to get to Termini for day trips outside Rome. It was close enough to the Vatican to allow us to attend daily Mass. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Rome Vacation

The apartment is in an excellent location and very comfortable. Being close to the metro allowed my wife and I to visit many sites in Rome as well as take day trips to the countryside. We look forward to returning to Rome and staying here again.

Prati Area

The apartment was a good size and in a great area. Very close to shops and restaurants and close to the Vatican. We loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoying our morning espresso.

First trip to Rome

The apt was perfect for my family of 4. It is located towards the top of the building- with a nice patio, but not much of a view. Thankfully There was a small 2-3 person elevator… the check in process was easy!

Location is good and property manager super helpful. Excellent air conditioning. Kitchen would benefit from more basics like tea, coffee, dishwasher detergent. Bathroom was clean and washing machine helpful

We had a nice stay. A lot of public transports nearby. Kitchen is not that good equiped. Check in was bad: we waited 1hour on a street in the heat....

Extremely Decent!

This apartment was clean and a nice place to stay for just two nights, however, I wish I could’ve found something closer the Trevi fountain area because that is where all the attractions are and great restaurants I found. The apartment is right by Vatican City though if that is what your priority is. The apartment is definitely a lot more dingy than the photos suggest. Overall, a good enough place and the people that run it are extremely helpful and nice, but I would search for something a bit better if I could go back to when I was booking this place.

Great apartment in a great location

This apartment was clean, well appointed and immediately felt like home. The roof terrace is a wonderful bonus, and the layout worked well for our family of four (two young children). It’s a very short walk from St Peter’s and even closer to the local metro stop. Our only complaint was that the kitchen could haven been better equipped (couldn’t find good knives for cooking). Worth mentioning that the lift doesn’t go quite to the top of the building where this flat is, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Amazing

This spacious, private apartment in Prati was absolutely perfect. The location was wonderful and so close to the Ottaviano metro stop that we could easily get to anywhere in the city. The patio was marvelous, and we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and wine at night. We found several; fabulous ristorantes nearby, and shopped at both the massive mercato just down the street, and the grocery store just a couple blocks away. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was of a decent size, and the elevator -- while small -- served our purposes very well. Emanuele checked us in, and he was very thorough in explaining things to us, and showing us all the major attractions in the city. One note: be wary of scammers at Termini, and pickpockets on the trains. They tried to rob both of us, but because we were wary they didn't get anything. If you're considering renting this apartment, do it. You'll be glad you did.

Gemütliche, kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung im obersten Stock ist sehr gemütlich, aber mit eher älteren Möbeln eingerichtet. Ruhige Wohnung, kaum Geräusche aus anderen Wohnungen. Wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl, da von 3 Räumen aus die wunderbare Terrasse erreichbar war. Wir hatten zum Teil sehr warmes Wetter, dadurch standen meistens alle Terrassentüren offen. Auf der Terrasse ist es sehr ruhig. In der Küche gibts einen kleinen Geschirrspüler und einen grossen Kühlschrank. Der Herd ist gasbetrieben. Alles essentielle ist vorhanden. Neueres Bad. Die Wohnung ist bis auf die letzte Etage per Minilift erreichbar. Die letzten 2 Treppen muss man zu Fuss überwinden. ÖV schnell erreichbar, auch zum Flughafen je nach Verkehr mit dem Taxi nur etwa 1/2 Stunde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah. Viele Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar.

Beautiful apartment next to St.Peter

I do try to write in English so more peple might understand it than in German, please excuse the mistakes! We, three adults, had a fantastic week in the apartment. Everything was like in the advertisment. Within 5 minutes you reach the underground and lots of buses and in a 10 minutes walk we were at St.Peter. We once used that fact to be there very early to avoid the queuing, that was brilliant. The apartment itself gives you the feeling of a private room, with lovely pictures, books and good furniture to feel at home and comfortble. In the citchen you found everything, they had salt, pepper, oliveoil and even coffee for us to use, in the bathroom soap and shampoo. Yes, we loved the terrasse, too, to sit in the sun having tea or even breakfast (in February!!) It really is a very nice, quiet appartement to stay in, we hope to come back.

Great location, lovely apartment.

The location was perfect for people who want to experience the area around the Vatican. There’s also great shopping and restaurants. Apartment is very nice and clean. Has all the amenities. Beautiful terrace to enjoy a morning coffee. Fully equipped. Would stay here again.

Great rental

The location is great, as it’s close to the Vatican, but away from the hectic pace of Rome. But the Metro is a five minute walk away, so you can be in central Rome in 10 minutes. The apartment is clean, spacious, and filled with art and books. The kitchen could use a few more amenities, like dishes, but we mostly ate out. The patio is good for sitting on while reading or having a glass of wine. I would definitely return to this rental.

Great space, great location and no hassle rental process. Near Vatican City, Metro is close by. But walking a lot should be expected if really experiencing the city is the goal. I’d stay here again.

Clean ,comfortable apartment

The apartment was very clean & comfortable & in a great location. Having an elevator to reach the apartment was helpful as it’s on the 4 th floor. Apartment is air conditioned & has a nice patio area.

What a wonderful place to stay!!

Now firstly , do not be frightened that this apartment is up high!! It’s so worth the easy lift ride. We loved the balcony and the apartment was well appointed and the check in process easy ,hospitable and welcoming. We took advice of the tips from our host and ate in amazing places..fantastico!!! Thanks for having us!
