Dit grote en comfortabele appartement ligt in een elegante omgeving in de buurt van het Vaticaan en het historische centrum. In 5 minuten lopen, via Ponte Cavour, bereikt u Piazza di Spagna en in 10 minuten in San Pietro. Het gebied wordt ook bediend door de metro en talloze bussen, evenals vol winkels, supermarkten en bars. Het appartement bevindt zich in een Umbertine-gebouw en heeft alle typische kenmerken: hoge plafonds, ruime kamers en vloeren met antieke tegels. Het is een eerste verdieping met lift en bestaat uit een woonkamer met slaapbank voor twee personen, eetkamer, ingerichte keuken, twee slaapkamers, een slaapkamer met drie eenpersoonsbedden en twee badkamers, een met douche en een met jacuzzi. Vanuit een van de kamers is er toegang tot een klein balkon met stoelen en een kleine tafel met uitzicht op de binnenplaats van het gebouw. De inrichting is modern en functioneel. Dit appartement is ideaal voor een groot gezin of een groep vrienden, een perfect startpunt voor diegenen die Rome met maximaal comfort willen verkennen.

Convenient location

Apartment was conveniently located in atone without being in the busy downtown tourist area. Great restaurants around and easy access to bus stops to get whoever you need to go. We had no issues with the apartment and area. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great Walking Location!

We brought our kids and grandkids to Italy! This was a great location to walk to the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Castel Sant Angelo…everywhere! The apartment is big and everyone was comfortable!!

This apartment was everything it advertised and is great value for the price. We loved that it was uncluttered and had lots of space. The kitchen was a bit tight, but adequate for cooking, and there is a large dining room table with chairs. It was extremely hot in Rome the week we visited and the ACs in the three bedrooms worked very well. Generally, the stone floors, high ceilings and large windows made the rest of the apartment feel cool and airy. The TV and wifi worked well and there were many nice restaurants nearby, a couple of grocery stores, lots of shops, and it was walking distance to many great attractions. We highly recommend this apartment!
Outside of the apartment building, which has a nice central courtyard and a service elevator.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to other families. Great location - about 15 minutes walk from the parks at Villa Borghese. It was a really minimal but lovely apartment. The check in process was very flexible, which was great since we have a family with young children. The A/C worked well. There were also plenty of fans. It was near a hop on/hop off bus stop. There is also a lift to assist with getting to the second floor with all our luggage. Highly recommend!

Within walking and busses for all the sites. One of the ACs didn't work, but we were told that when we arrived, it wasnt terrible cause we had fans to use. One of the toilets didn't seem to flush all that well either. Great plane to rear your head at night after a day of exploring Rome!

Helpful host, spacious apartment

I am writing on behalf of my son and daughter in law who stayed at the home with four of their son's and one son's wife. They had a wonderful time. Really appreciated Emanuel meeting them at the home and explaining all about the home and the area. Having a washing machine was very helpful. We had been traveling for days and needed to wash clothes. Thank you!

The hot water in the shower was hard to keep hot. We would wait 10 min. To get hot and it only stayed hot for 30sec to a minute. The water pressure was also terrible. They did have an iron but I plugged in 2times and all the power went out. The kitchen was good but no towels to was and dry dishes. The dresser in the bedroom was broke. We tried to fix but it fell apart again.

Holiday in Rome

Property is very well located, easy to walk to Romes main attractions. Check in and communication with host was easy. Unfortunately this property needs some attention. One of the toilets was not working properly and with 6 guests this became a challenge. Also, shower was leaky and very small. The unit was not very clean.

Family visit to Rome

The property was as described and the recent reviews noted the flaws with the apartment. Small shower did not provide hot water and the large s bathroom shower bath tub shower was broken. Dispite that we (8) of us managed a shower. Location was prime and the security was great. Air conditioner in one room did not work but we were fortunate that the weather was good and fan that were provided was sufficient. Wifi was spotty but met our needs during our stay.

Do not stay here. Place is simply gross. All bedding has stains along with furniture. Hot water was broken. AC was broken. Try and make you pay cash upon arrival. Does not reflect the pictures at all. Floors are sticky and floras, terrible experience

spacious property but a few downsides

The property was huge with plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were comfortable but the bedding was dirty - pillows were covered in brown stains so could do with a refresh. The shower head was broken so water poured out but still ok to shower in and plenty of hot water. The apartment is located in a great spot - there is a lovely restaurant just down the road and it is close to buses to take you all over the city very easily and cheaply. The only downside to being so central was the noise - Rome is very noisy with people and rubbish collections through the night! Overall great place but could do with a bit of maintenance and an update on some of the furnishings.

The Good, Bad, Ugly

The Good: Great location near Vatican and other sites, restaurants, shopping, art, etc. The Bad: One air condition unit was broken. Little to no hot water in shower. Minimal water pressure in shower, more of a trickle than shower. Shower was tiny and had no shelves for soap or shampoo. The Ugly: high "cleaning fee", mold in the shower room. Incomplete cookware. Pots and pans had no lids. Cheap bedroom furniture than creaked loudly with the smallest of movements. Had to "wrestle" with the door lock every time we came back. The apartment has so much potential if only it were maintained properly.

The apartment is spacious and well located. However, maintenance is overdue. Shower was leaking all over the hallway, toilets were broken, matrasses are past their prime. Furniture looks like it was bought from a student after years of partying. And most annoyingly there was no wifi. I would not recommend this apartment, until overdue maintenance is done.

Nice apartment for a plasent stay in Rome

Nice, spacious, clean apartment. Ideal for families with children. Easily accessible by public transport. Good service at the check- in en out. Central location, almost all sights are easily reachable on foot. Small shop is around the corner ideal for fresh stuff for breakfast. Kitchen is small but functioning. If improve point we advise to purchase coffee/tea cups. The dining room is spacious where easy with 6 people can sit at the table. There are many great restaurants in the neighborhood. In the apartment is a good internet/Wi-Fi connection. We can recommend for anyone this apartment for a pleasant stay in Rome.
