The Space:

A comfortable apartment for up to 6 guests, set on a single level. The two bedrooms each have a double bed, while the living room offers a sofa bed for additional guests; there are two full bathrooms for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and everything needed to cook and dine in. The home opens onto two private balconies with outdoor seating, perfect for a coffee in the open air. A washing machine, a laptop-friendly workspace, air conditioning, heating, a TV and fast Wi-Fi complete the comfort of this bright, practical home near the Vatican.



Guest Access:

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and is served by a lift, so reaching the door is quick and easy. Guests have full, independent access to the entire apartment, including the two private balconies, for the duration of the stay. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in the Cipro area, a residential and authentic part of the Prati-Vatican district. It is a calm, local neighbourhood, less touristy than the Vatican core, with everyday shops, the large Trionfale covered market, bakeries, trattorias and cafes where prices are friendlier than around the main sights. St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums are within easy reach, making this an ideal base to explore the Vatican while enjoying genuine Roman daily life.



Getting Around:

The location is excellent for getting around. The Cipro metro station (line A) is just a few steps away, connecting you directly to the Vatican Museums, the Spanish Steps, Termini and the rest of the city in minutes. Several bus lines serve the area, and St. Peter's is within walking distance. Paid parking is available nearby for those arriving by car. From here the whole of Rome is quickly and conveniently reachable by public transport.



Other Things to Note:

Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 18:00 the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and served by a lift.

The two balconies are for the exclusive use of the apartment.

A cot/travel crib and a high chair are available on request.

Cleaning: the apartment is delivered clean and sanitised before your arrival.

Luggage storage: available at Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, 9:00-17:30.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Cleaning during the stay: for stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Additional cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).
