The interior is laid out as follows:



LIVING AREA. Double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 meters), armchair, and dining table. Kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove, moka pot and coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and conventional oven, dishwasher, kettle (NOT electric), toaster, immersion blender, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. Split AC unit.



BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60 x 1.90 meters), two nightstands with lamps, armchair with coffee table, and closet. Split AC unit. Access to the balcony with a table and two chairs.



BATHROOM. Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine, and hair dryer. Access to the balcony.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the property and incur an additional fee as follows:

between 9:00 PM and midnight >> €30

between midnight and 1:00 AM >> €40



Check-ins after 1:00 AM are not possible.



- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment by taking the airport shuttle bus to the “Roma Vaticano” stop, which is a 7-minute walk from the property (ticket price: €7.00). Alternatively, you can take the Leonardo Express train from the airport to Roma Termini Station, where you can take bus No. 40 toward “Borgo Sant’Angelo” to the “Traspontina/Conciliazione” stop (7 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property.



- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the airport shuttle bus to the “Roma Vaticano” stop, a 7-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take bus No. 520 toward “Cinecittà” to the “Tuscolana/Cinecittà” stop (9 stops), from where you can take Metro Line A to the “Ottaviano” stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.



- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 40 toward “Borgo Sant’Angelo” to the “Traspontina/Conciliazione” stop (7 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take Metro Line A to the “Ottaviano” stop, which is a 10-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) but is situated in a pedestrian area. There are several paid parking lots in the area: the most convenient and spacious one is the Garage Terminal Gianicolo, less than a 10-minute walk from the property.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Rome, which is €6.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.
