A bright and cozy 40-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people, located on the fourth floor (of five in total) of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities). There are 3 steps at the building’s entrance.<br><br><br><br>The location is unbeatable! Villa Borghese is just a 4-minute walk away, and some of Rome’s top tourist attractions—such as the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and Piazza Navona—are less than 30 minutes away.<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br><br><br>- KITCHEN: four-burner induction stove, refrigerator and freezer, conventional oven, electric kettle, moka pot, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils. Dining table for two people.<br><br>- BEDROOM: double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters), three-seater sofa, smart TV, and access to the balcony with a table and two chairs.
