The 60 square meters of space comfortably accommodates 3 people, with one single bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.

The bathroom is en suite.



The property is located in the heart of Rome, in the Borgo Pio neighborhood (entirely pedestrian), just a few meters’ walk from St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican Museums.

KITCHEN: kitchenette with four-burner gas stove, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, conventional oven and electric toaster oven, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.

LIVING ROOM: two-seater sofa, double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.90 m), dining table with chairs, TV. Split-system air conditioner.

BEDROOM: single bed (0.80 x 1.90 m), two chairs, lamp, and portable fan.

BATHROOM (inside the bedroom): shower stall, toilet with bidet, sink, and hair dryer.



OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and washing machine.

- From Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Fiumicino, you can reach the apartment by taking the airport shuttle bus to the “Roma Vaticano” stop, a 7-minute walk from the property (ticket price: €7.00). Alternatively, you can take the Leonardo Express train from the airport to Roma Termini station, where you can take bus no. 40 toward “Borgo Sant’Angelo” to the “Traspontina/Conciliazione” stop (7 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property.



- From Rome Ciampino International Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the airport shuttle bus to the “Roma Vaticano” stop, a 7-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take bus No. 520 toward “Cinecittà” to the “Tuscolana/Cinecittà” stop (9 stops), from where you can take Metro Line A to the “Ottaviano” stop, a 10-minute walk from the property.



- From Roma Termini Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus No. 40 toward “Borgo Sant’Angelo” to the “Traspontina/Conciliazione” stop (7 stops), a 2-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take Metro Line A to the “Ottaviano” stop, which is a 10-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) but is situated in a pedestrian area. There are several paid parking lots in the area: the most convenient and spacious is the Garage Terminal Gianicolo, less than a 10-minute walk from the property.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you’ll be able to access the apartment on your own using the personal link we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
