'Complete lack of communication and terrible customer service. Staying at Trade Winds was an absolute headache due to constant miscommunication and unhelpful staff. I emailed prior to arrival regarding early check-in and was told it was possible. When we arrived 4 hours early, the front desk told us early check-in was "never possible," but said they’d email us if the room opened up. 'We had a wonderful stay at Blue Horizon Boutique Resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. The location is hard to beat—right on the beach, with beautiful ocean views and the unforgettable experience of waking up to wild horses roaming the property. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vieques.'
